The Pilot 165 N manual inflatable lifejacket combines reliable safety with enhanced comfort and a modern, streamlined design. Equipped with a UML manual inflation system, it is suitable for a wide range of boating activities, including coastal sailing, recreational outings, cruises and regattas. Its lightweight, flexible construction and ergonomic, close-fitting shape allow freedom of movement, while the optimised cut avoids unnecessary compression.
The redesigned zipped cover features a dual-opening system that improves protection of the inflatable chamber, helps prevent accidental opening and simplifies repacking during maintenance. It also allows quick inspection of the inflator mechanism. The CO₂ cylinder release mechanism incorporates an anti-unscrewing system, while the inflation system features a cylinder safety lock introduced from 2020. This model is supplied without a safety harness.
