INNOVATIONS
Over the years, Marlin Boat has introduced numerous
patents that have revolutionized the boating industry,
such as the hydrodynamic stabilizer and the innovative design
of the tubes, making our boats unique
and distinctive. The patent for the double-level tube,
created in 1993, is one of our most famous innovations.
This design, which has become our true
trademark, offers superior stability in all
navigation conditions, with a lower
aft section that ensures better support on the water surface
and a higher forward section that protects the crew
from waves, guaranteeing both safety
and comfort.
STRUCTURE AND BUILD QUALITY
The hull structure is made using an innovative
process that bonds three different molded parts:
the deck, the reinforcement frame, and the hull.
These components are securely joined to form a monolithic structure
exceptionally resistant to stress.
Resistance to corrosion and osmosis
is ensured through the use of Neopentyl Gel Coat and Vinylester
Resin during the laminating processes, materials
that guarantee durability and reliability over time.
