The display allows an easy reading of the operating information, of the set channel, of the gps data (if connected to an external receiver). New 4.5W speaker designed to offer clear and clean sound by reproducing a wider band of low and high tones correctly, while the Vhf keeps the output volume under constant control and prevents distortion. AquaQuake function removes the accidentally deposited water above the speaker which degrades the quality of the audio played. 422 serial communication interface for Nmea 0183 communication to and from other GPS mapping instruments. Backlit keyboard, external speaker output, channel 16 monitoring with dual/tri watch function. Microphone with direct access key to the emergency channel and for selecting the desired channel. 12VDC power supply with max absorption of 5A in transmission and 1A in reception. Output power 25W and 1W.
