Our 2-layer Juniors’ Vancouver Rain Jacket features our waterproof/breathable HELLY TECH® Protection technology and a fully seam-sealed construction so you’re sure to stay dry and comfortable on rainy days. An adjustable drawcord on the hem, elastic cuffs, and a detachable hood allow for comfort and versatility. The jacket has zippered hand pockets for convenient storage.
